Yes! Monday - Friday 10am-11pm CST. Media By Shairi, LLC is closed on weekends and all major holidays, unless you have a scheduled appointment. Contacts outside of business hours will result in a response the next operating business day.

What is the turnaround time, can I get my order sooner?"

Digital projects proof turnaround time is 12-15 business days. For larger projects design turnaround is 5-7 business weeks. Once the initial proofs are sent over, if any revisions are requested, please allow 5-7 business days. For print orders, once the designs are finalized, I will begin the printing process, and the production time is generally 7-15 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email. I offer rush turnaround time on certain services, If available.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

Not really?! Just make sure to order with the address associated with the card you’re using to purchase. ** Please insure all information is filled out completely and accurately at checkout. Complete the entire address. Include all details (apartment numbers, phone, email, etc.).

Wait, I do not see cartoon logos offered on your website, do you still do them?"

Text-Based Logos are logos made up of entirely text/fonts. Text-Based logos are generally more memorable due to the simplistic style and layout.
 
Image-Based Logos are logos designed with text/fonts, along with a graphic that illustrates your brand / business.

No worries! Please check all email folders, including your spam and junk folders. If you still don’t see an email from Media By Shairi, LLC that means we have hit a snag, possibly, an incorrect email was entered. If that is the case, send an email to mediabyshairi@gmail.com with “Where is my email?” in the subject and confirmation proof in the body and we’ll go from there.

What file formats do I get with my order?

All order files are sent in .pdf, .png, and/pr .jpg formats. Print files are sent in pdf format. Photoshop PSD files are available for an additional fee, because we retain the ownership of the original .psd file.

Can you please text my final order to me or send to my DMS?

Sorry! I no longer send orders through social media or text message, all order information must come through my email. This is to keep things organized and electronically documented in one place.

Question 9

Ok so what about shipping? When will I get my order? What if I don’t get my order?

Most orders are shipped USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Large packages will be shipped using UPS or FedEx. All print orders are shipped 14-21 business days from the date you approve your order. I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any order. If you have a strict deadline, please order well in advance. Media By Shairi, LLC cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the US Postal Service or any other carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.). If you have any issues receiving your order once it has been shipped, let me know and I’ll provide a copy of your shipping label. Take that to your local post office and ask them for more details. I suggest insuring your package in case your package gets lost indefinitely. If you want to add insurance to your package, just let me know how much insurance you’d like to add and I’ll provide a quote. Please provide this information at the beginning of your order. *Insurance must be added before you approve your designs for print. You cannot add insurance to your order after I have started my printing process.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a payment has been made, the sale is final. If a project is started and partial work has already been received by the client and they choose to cancel, the partial or full payment that has been paid will not be refunded. If for any reason the client no longer wants or cancels services, no payment shall be refunded, and it then becomes forfeited by the client.
